  • FedEx Express post 2-4 business day’s $25/box (Guaranteed).
  • FedEx overnight 1 business day $50/box (Guaranteed).
  • FedEx Express International shipment 4-7 business days $25 per Item.

Shipping

Shipping Time — Orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock and available.

Orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Weekends.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate.

Returns & Replacements

Please note below important updates on the Be Tech TV Returns and Refunds Policy.

Our policy at Be Tech TV INC. is to provide our customers with the best service and support, and to make sure all our customers are completely satisfied with our service;

We offer a 30 days full Media Box refund less shipping costs. That is defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days

Our return policy is 30 days from the day you receive your package. Money back guarantee, if you’re not happy for any reason we’ll take it back.

Note: Shipping & handling fees are not refundable.

To return the receiver, give us a call at 888-756-1839 or email us at the support department: support@betechtv.com and we will provide you with:-
RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Form) to the address to where the receiver needs to be returned.

Customers have 30 days to evaluate the product and after 30 days, there will be no returns accepted
We accept returns within 30 days (Thirty Days) of receiving the item.
Customer must return the box in original packaging, with all components (remote, cables, batteries and manuals) along with their original receipt.
Buyers are responsible for shipping cost.

REFUND:

Refunds will be applied to equipment only, such as Set Top Box receivers, wifi adapter, HDMI wire, etc. Please refer to our Shipping, Warranty and Return policy.
Service charges (Monthly Service fees and related charges) are NON-Refundable.
